Mr. Prakash Chand Badolla is the founder of Badolla And Company. He has
completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Rajasthan University and then
completed his Bachelor of Laws from Bangalore University. He pursued his
articleship under M/s. Khincha & Co., a renowned Chartered Accountants firm
specialized in Direct Tax. He has more than Thirty Six years of expertise in Direct
and Indirect taxation. He is a Legal and Financial advisor to many business
enterprises and has represented many Income Tax and KST/CST/VAT/KTEG
related matters at department at various levels for various public and private
sector enterprises of all sizes.
Gajendra Badolla
CA Gajendra Badolla has completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore
University and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Further, he added a
feather to his cap with the completion of Post Qualification course of Information
System Audit (ISA) conducted by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He
has done his article ship with M/s Dagliya & Co, a reputed firm of Chartered
Accountants, Bangalore. Post article ship, he was associated with M/s Price Water
Coopers House (Big 4’s) as an Associate for Attest and Assurance division for more
than a year. Post qualification, he was also associated with M/s Jain, Christopher,
Srikanth & Srikanth, Bangalore for three years to gain more exposure and to
specialize in Indirect Taxes. He has more than Fourteen years of post qualification
experience and is core competent in the area of Indirect taxes and business setups.
Suman Jain
CA Suman Jain, has completed her Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore
University and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Further, she added a
feather to her cap with the completion of Diploma in Public Relations conducted by
Jain University. She has more than Seven years of post qualification experience in
Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Auditing. She has done her article ship with M/s Ashok
Kumar & Co, a reputed firm of Chartered Accountants, Bangalore and has been
exposed to Small and Medium business setups and has handled statutory audits,
taxation and internal audits assignment of various private sector enterprises. She
was also part of the team performing Bank Audits of various Branch Statutory Audit
and Concurrent Audits.
